1. Acceptance

By using this website or submitting an application through it, you agree to these terms. If you are applying on behalf of a candidate who is under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian and that you accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Website Content

Programme details, eligibility rules, fees and academic dates published here describe the current academic session and may be revised. Every effort is made to keep them accurate, but the authoritative version of any programme, fee or eligibility rule is the one recorded at the institute office and, where applicable, prescribed by the affiliating university. Nothing on this website is an offer of admission.

3. Applications

  • An application is complete only when every mandatory field is filled and every mandatory document is attached.
  • Submitting an application does not reserve a seat. Admission is offered on merit and subject to seat availability.
  • Information given must be true. A material misstatement is grounds for rejecting the application or, after enrolment, for cancelling the admission.
  • Original documents must be produced for verification at the time of enrolment.
  • The application number issued on submission should be quoted in all correspondence.

4. Fees and Refunds

Fees payable for the current academic session are published on each course page and in the admission offer. Fees are payable by the instalment schedule stated there, and an official receipt is issued for every payment received.

Refunds on withdrawal are governed by the refund norms of the affiliating university and the applicable regulatory authority in force on the date of withdrawal. The one-time admission and registration fee is not refundable. Requests must be made in writing to the admission office.

5. Student Conduct

Enrolled students are required to observe the institute's code of conduct, the attendance requirement prescribed by the affiliating university, and all examination regulations. Breach may result in disciplinary action up to cancellation of enrolment.

6. Anti-Ragging Policy

Ragging in any form is prohibited, on and off the campus, and is a punishable offence under the regulations of the University Grants Commission and the orders of the Supreme Court of India.

  • Every student and their parent or guardian must submit the prescribed anti-ragging undertaking at enrolment.
  • An anti-ragging committee and squad are constituted each academic session, and their composition is displayed at the institute office.
  • Complaints may be made in person to any member of the committee, by phone to the institute helpline, or by email to the admission office. Complaints may be made anonymously.
  • Every complaint is investigated. Established cases attract penalties ranging from suspension to expulsion and referral to the police, in line with UGC regulations.
  • No student who reports ragging will be penalised for reporting it.

7. Administrative Portal

The staff portal is restricted to authorised personnel. Credentials must not be shared. Access to student records is logged, and misuse is a disciplinary matter.
